Privacy notice

Last updated 2026-09-24. This notice covers the measureloom.ai website. The MeasureLoom app for Shopify is in private development; a full app privacy policy is published before it is listed publicly.

This website

The website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: its fonts are served from this site. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and operations, for a limited period, and does not share them.

When you email us

If you write to hello@measureloom.ai, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to consider a Founding Brands application. We do not add you to any list without asking, and we delete application data on request.

The MeasureLoom app (during private development)

For founding brands, the app processes the shop data needed to price and make made-to-measure orders: fabric product data and images, product configurations, orders and the customer details Shopify attaches to them. Pricing inputs and results are stored so every price can be reproduced. Each brand's data is walled off from every other brand's in the database, encrypted in transit, and deleted after uninstall through Shopify's mandatory data-erasure webhooks. Customer data requests and erasure requests received through Shopify are honoured. Product data is never used to train a model without the brand's explicit consent.
